I started my journey with a sommelier diploma in London. Then there were two years of constant practice:
I conducted over 100 tastings;
I trained staff for the restaurant industry;
I became a co-owner of an establishment;
I consulted as a partner to leading companies (BRG, Bitis Group, OnWine).
